Booking and payments conditions
Inquiries and apartment booking can be carried out electronically online or by e-mail.
To make a reservation, first please check our online availability calendar.
Simply put the dates of your stay and number of people and apartment type and you will be given a list of available flats.
In some cases, when the flats availability is not uploaded instantly and is marked as “on request”, please send an e-mail or an enquiry form on our website and we will get back to you as soon as possible with information which apartments are available for the requested dates.
To secure your booking, you are required to provide all necessary information, and pay the relevant deposit depending on the terms and services agreed.
Please fill in the reservation form giving your personal details, dates of your stay, number of people coming, apartment name, and then you will be asked a deposit of 10, 12 or 15% (depending on apartment type and length of stay).
The conditions of deposit payment will show up automatically as you fill in the form. You will be given a total amount for your stay as well as information about deposit payment that should be paid with credit card while making a reservation.
Reservation is automatically confirmed the moment deposit is sent.
You will instantly receive your booking confirmation with all details concerning reservation and apartment (name, address, dates of stay, total amount, contact details).
The balance of the total cost must be paid upon arrival, unless otherwise stated.
An e-mail with booking confirmation will be sent automatically to the e-mail address given while making a reservation.
Not confirmed reservations will not be considered.
Customer's right to changes and cancellation:
Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing (email, mail or fax). Changes include changes to the number of customers, arrival / departure dates etc and should be made at least 2 days before the arrival date.
Should a change to the reservation not be possible and should the customer cancel the reservation for this reason, the conditions for the cancellation of reservation listed below will be enforced.
In case of cancellation, the date of receipt of the written cancellation is used to calculate cancellation costs as follows:
a) For cancellation up to 7 days before arrival the whole deposit will be returned to the customer
b) For cancellation from 6 to 1 day before arrival date or no-show, or cancellation during use of the accommodation unit - no deposit will be returned to the customer
CityBookings rights to changes and cancellation
We reserve the right to change or modify a reservation in case of circumstances caused by conditions beyond its control that cannot be predicted or avoided.
Booked accommodation can be substituted only by an accommodation unit of the same or higher category and at the price confirmed during booking, provided that customer is notified ahead of time.
Pre-payment can be made using Dotpay secure internet transactions system.
Payments can be made via credit cards listed below:
Visa Electron (of the banks: Inteligo, Deutsche Bank PBC and Millenium)
The price of accommodation includes the basic services as described in the booked accommodation unit.
The prices published on warsawapartments.org web pages vary from unit to unit depending on the season and length of stay, and are shown next to every accommodation unit. The price of accommodation is given in euro (EUR).
For customers who have paid a deposit for their reservation, we guarantee the price of accommodation as agreed at the time of paying the deposit.
In case more customers than are stated on the reservation confirmation arrive in the apartment, we have
the right to deny the extra customers accommodation or to accommodate all of the customers at an extra charge.
